Transformational Coaching
Mind-body coaching for complex humans
Coaching for Transformational Change
Transformation happens when we move from “getting through the day” to exploring why we feel like the day is a struggle. It is when we move beyond coping strategies to connect with genuine insight and ease. Transformation is awakening to our habits and clarifying our intentions.
I work with healthcare providers, professionals, men seeking authentic growth, and those managing chronic illness. My role is to support you through career shifts, the disconnect of burnout, or the weight of significant life events that have not yet found a place to land.
We do not work with quick fixes. Instead, we use somatic-awareness and assisted mindfulness to explore and shift the core patterns that may be holding you back. We draw on your own resources to help you reconnect and move forward with clarity.
Embracing Complexity
I draw on my background in emergency medicine, anthropology, psychedelic assisted therapy, and Hakomi therapy to offer a coaching style that embraces the complexity of being human. By bridging these disciplines—from the physiological to the systemic—we create space to navigate the long-term patterns unique to your life.
Sustainable and generative change
Our goal is not just to survive burnout, it is to cultivate a way of living that is both generative and durable. We work to bridge the gap between your professional demands and your personal values, moving from a state of constant reaction toward skillful and intentional movement.

My coaching work focuses on building generative resilience, rediscovering balance, reconnecting with our intentions, and supporting people through personal transformation, career shifts, and recovery from burnout.
